Mary Pat Paulson loves to illuminate, communicate and restore freedom through the love of Jesus Christ to those who feel imprisoned by life’s chains. An Integrative Life Coach, using proven techniques, a wide educational base and thirty years of mentoring experience, Mary Pat employs Christian principles as well as utilizing her own recovery, personal experiences and vibrant walk with Jesus Christ, to help others unleash their potential. 

 

Whether they are common day to day problems or larger, life challenging issues, Mary Pat is dedicated to equipping clients in overcoming obstacles and progressing toward freedom.  Her scope ranges from strategies of parenting, empty nest, teen goals and responsibility to working alongside clients as they move into their future past easting disorders, sexual issues, codependency and emotional, physical and sexual abuse.

 

Her goal in addressing the whole client encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellness. Mary Pat has an advanced certificate in Life Coaching through Light University, accredited by the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors).  Life Coaching sessions are conducted in her office in Westlake Village, CA as well as by phone or Skype from anywhere in the world.
